The "Camp Card" Fundraiser is the most important fundraiser for Pack 119. Pack 119 receives $2.50/card sold. These funds are used to make us the best Cub Scout Pack in Charlotte. Events like the Blue & Gold Banquet, the Pinewood Derby, Rocket Night, and many other events are all funded by the "Camp Card" sales. Our Camp Card Chair is Kendra Reich. Email Kendra with any questions you may have - kendra.reich@gmail.com

    Goal:
Raise money for Pack 119 – Save your friends & family real money. Each scout in Pack 119 is being asked to sell 20 cards or $100 worth at a minimum. In addition you can get more cards to sell and try to earn the top seller prizes in Pack 119. Take as many as you plan to sell!

How to:  Pick up cards – sell them to friends & family @ $5 each – they use can use the Harris Teeter coupon to get their $5 back on a $50.00 purchase + use again and again at other retail outlets. It’s really that easy! These cards are so much easier to sell than popcorn. They sell themselves because if you use the coupons you get your $5 back and more depending on how many coupons you use during the year.

    Camp Card Coupons:
    • One time use coupons - Harris Teeter - $5 off / $50 purchase, Domino’s - $5 off a large pizza, Walgreens - 15% off your purchase, Bass Pro Shops - $5 off / $50 purchase.

    Summer Day Camp - June 23-27, 2014

    Summer Day Camp
    June 23rd-27th, 2014
    8:30am-4pm

Put your leader to the test this year with your favorite activities...BBs, archery, fishing, swimming, crafts, boating, and more. The camp runs from 8:30am-4pm the week of June 23-27, 2014. Click for directions from SMPC to Belk Scout Camp.

This camp is for current Tigers, Wolves, Bears, and Webelo I scouts.

Cost: $125 per Camper - Please turn in all forms and payment at one of the following meetings:
    March 25th
    April 1st
    or April 8th

    Adult Volunteers Required:
The cost for this camp is so reasonable because the camp is staffed with adult volunteers. For every 4 Scouts who attend we must sign up 1 adult to volunteer for the week. Ideally, they would like volunteers to participate for the full five days. Recognizing that this may not be possible for everyone, it does not have to be the same adults each day. Adults volunteering for the full week will be eligible to have 1 free child care at the Me-Too Camp for siblings.

It is very important to understand that we are REQUIRED to have enough adult volunteers - 1 adult for the week for every 4 boys. In other words, for every 4 scouts we need 5 volunteer days covered. If everyone signs up for at least 1-2 days we will have enough. An adult must volunteer for at least 1 day to sign your son up for the Day Camp.

The forms that will need to be completed are below. Please print these, fill them out, and turn them in with payment. We will have hard copies at the Tuesday meetings if you need them.
